Sheena Easton

Sheena Easton (27 de abril de 1959 en Bellshill, North Lanarkshire, Escocia), es una actriz y cantante británica de repertorio mayormente en inglés si bien ha grabado versiones en español.
Tuvo muchos éxitos en la década de los años 80, como "For your eyes only" (tema para un filme de la saga James Bond) y "You've got the look", a dúo con Prince. Las canciones con las que conquistó al público de habla hispana son Todo me recuerda a ti, El teléfono, Amame que fue interpredatada para una telenovela venezolana titulada La Heredera entre 1985 y 1986, Me gusta tal como eres que lo cantó a dúo con Luis Miguel... En 1987 participa en varios episodios de la teleserie "Miami Vice", donde interpreta a la pareja del protagonista, Don Johnson.
Tras una etapa de menor resonancia, se instala en Las Vegas para ofrecer una serie de conciertos en sede estable, sin itinerar en largas giras. Es allí donde contactan con ella unos avispados productores de estilo disco, que la persuaden para grabar el álbum "Fabulous" (2001), una efervescente selección de versiones de clásicos de baile como "Don´t leave me this way".
